TRYING OUT

Some awareness of wellbeing with employee assistance program. With one-off wellbeing webinars and wellness day/week with occasional support from insurers. Lack of cohesive strategy and frequent cadence, commercial outcomes are not measured. Not every employee is engaged with these events.
