How does my team or department purchase group membership access?
We provide group access for the Advanced subscription tiers. For multiple seats, please contact us on ascensioncircle@ascension-associates.com to discuss options.

Why can’t I access various videos or workshops?
Ascension Circle subscription essentially gives you access to our insights articles, and a discount to join our curated workshops. Pre and post workshop readings and videos come with your workshop registration. At the moment workshops are charged on a one-off basis. We will revise the pricing plan from time to time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all standard credit cards, as detailed when you complete your purchase through Stripe.

When will I be charged?
Payment is taken when you purchase your preferred subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew, and we will send you a reminder before your renewal date. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Will my renewal take effect at full price?
Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current full subscription price based on the plan you choose.
